The best Place to stay in capital city of Philippines, Manila is at Makati city. Makati is a financial center and the most safe place to stay. This is also the area with best shopping option. Manila is not that attractive place for tourists. Intramuros is the walled district and the oldest town. There are still some buildings from the Spanish colonial period. Fort Santiago is the best to see which cost 75 pesos. There are several Parks found in outside areas.
Clark is famous for the airport with Air Asia Flight and sex tourism. Airport have direct buses to Manila for 400 pesos and Jeppneys for 50 pesos to Angeles City. The accommodation is bit expensive. Sex tourism is not aggressive with tourists, but caution in back streets. Apart of the party there is no more to do.
You will come from Kalibo or Caticlan, in the airport offer trips to Boracay for around 300 pesos. Prices in Boracay are usually most expensive and is advisable to book the accommodation. It has several beaches with a different ambient. You can practice any aquatic activities. The island has only 9 km and contains good places to eat with great atmosphere. In the main beach you can find all the entertainments and shows. It has one of the best sunset in the world.
Puerto Princesa is a place to be for 1 or 2 days. By the day it is better to do things outside the city. Good beaches are far. The main attraction is the Subterranean River National Park, you must book 1 week before. In general every things are cheap and the nights are lively.
From Puerto Princesa El Nido's bus ticket is 500 Pesos and 600 in van, the trip is of 7 hours. It has great places to eat with good environment. There are no ATMs just change of money. The best beach is Marimegmeg or Cabanas beach, 1 hour walking from the town or 10 mins by tuk tuk. El Nido and Coron are the most famous places in Palawan Island.
