Belúu Sea View Resort is located at the peak of Koror State in central Palau - the natural scenery island of Ngerkedsang. With hills behind and the sea in front, Ngerkedsang is the only place in Palau where you can overlook the whole Babeldaob island and Koror State.
"Belúu" means the gathering place in local language, with an extended reference to villages, secret place or fairyland. The hotel lies in the primeval jungle at the peak, which provides a quiet and private domain for guests to escape the noise of city center. "Bai Lu" is the hotel's Chinese name, which pronounces similar with "Belúu" and refers to white dew. "Bai" (white) indicates the color of the building, "Lu" (dew) hints that the east-oriented hotel greets every dawn with the first drop of dew.
The brand new hotel was established in 2017, offering nice scenery and fully-equipped guest rooms. The largest Abai (local wooden structure) in Palau serves as a dining hall and public area. A distinguished star-viewing bar sits on the deck. Guests can overlook the sea view of entire Palau on their private balcony. The dining hall is covered with WIFI. Every guest room is equipped with air conditioner, vintage fridge and large screen flat TV, offering free tea, water, coffee, electric kettle, hair drier and toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, bathing cap, etc.).
Belúu is 5-min driving to central Koror, where various restaurants, cafes, and shops located. It is 7-min driving to Belau National Museum and 15-min driving to Koror International Airport. The hotel provides free guitar, bass, projector, and stereo, you can enjoy a feast of vision and taste after a hectic day. There will also be occasional shows on folk dances and local wedding ceremony.
